This policy explains how Hugo & Stacy handles information through hugoandstacy.dance and related dance inquiries and customer communications. Our online tutorial memberships are operated by H&S Dance Professionals LLC through Uscreen; that platform has a separate privacy policy.
Information you provide
When you contact us, inquire about lessons or events, or use our forms, we may collect your name, email, phone number, Facebook profile URL, dance experience, interests, goals, referral information, and the message or other details you choose to provide. We use this information to respond, arrange services, support customers, administer our business, and improve our offerings.
Marketing and your choices
We may retain customer contact and purchase records and use email addresses for future classes, events, tutorials, and related offers where permitted by applicable law and consent requirements. You can opt out through a marketing email's unsubscribe link or by contacting info@hugoandstacy.dance. We will stop marketing after opt-out and keep the information needed to honor that choice. Necessary service, purchase, or account communications may still be sent.
Website technologies and third parties
Showit hosts our website and supports its forms. Embedded YouTube videos, Instagram content, and Google Fonts may connect your browser to those providers when a page loads or you use the feature. Providers may receive IP address, browser or device information, page activity, and other technical information and may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies.
Third-party booking, event registration, studio, payment, and tutorial services linked from our website have their own privacy practices. We do not store full credit card information ourselves; purchase records may be retained. Service providers receive information needed to perform their services. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable protections. We do not sell our customer contact lists.
Cookies and browser controls
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some technologies may affect website features. Third-party providers offer additional privacy choices in their account settings. See Google and YouTube's privacy policy and Instagram's privacy policy. We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
How long we keep information
We retain information only as long as needed for lesson and event administration, purchase and accounting records, customer support, security, legal obligations, and permitted future marketing. We review stored information at least annually and delete or anonymize information that is no longer needed. Marketing stops after opt-out; that does not automatically require deletion of purchase, accounting, support, or legally required records.
Your requests and security
Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or to ask about our handling of your information. Depending on applicable law, you may have additional privacy rights. We may verify your identity and retain information where legally required or otherwise permitted. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee complete security. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where service providers operate.
